Jovonne Fannie Carr
Jovonne Fannie Carr is a Junior at the University of Southern Mississippi. Her major is in English and she is also pursuing a minor in Art. She has always immensely enjoyed the visual arts, especially portraiture, but has explored more areas while being in the art program at USM. Her continued work with still lives in the past semesters have helped her gain a better grasp of the use of oil paint and how to apply color in more effective ways. She also hopes to apply the skills she gains from the English program into building narratives within her artwork.
